We are a small family operation located in Fort Kent, Maine. We started hobby-sized syrup production in the spring of 2018 growing each year until 2024 when we reached around 400-500 taps. It was at that point we decided to make the jump and expand the operation to produce commercially. In 2024 we began the installation of our tubing infrastructure and arranging the sugarhouse to deliver from our 2025 season.
While we now have quite a few more tapped trees under management, and the equipment we use is a little more complicated and specialized, we take care and pride in harvesting and transforming every bit of that golden goodness that goes into our bottles.
