Cinnamon Infused Maple SyrupAdd 4 ounces of bourbon whiskey, 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice, and 2 ounces of Northern Reach maple cinnamon–infused maple syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or serve straight up in a chilled coupe for a cleaner presentation.
